Return & Exchange
Due to our international shipping process, we are unable to provide returns or exchanges on products.
Before making your purchase, please check over the details of your order.
If there are any details you are unsure of, please make an inquiry to customer support before you place your order.
We take all necessary measures to ensure quality service. We can only provide exchange services at no additional costs in the rare case that:
- the item has incurred damage
- the received item is different from what was ordered
Please contact customer support within 10 days for these situations.
Refunds will be issued by the same method as the original payment.
For credit card payments, refunds will be made within one week.
※Timing of the refund will depend on the credit card company.
Items that are shipped back to Big Tall Japan due to customer failure to retrieve the item(s) from the local post office, will be refunded for the cost of the item(s) while shipping costs will not be refunded. Items that are unclaimed from the local post office within a certain time frame will be shipped back to Big Tall Japan. Please be sure to contact your local post office as soon as possible if you see that your item is in retention.

- We proceed with the refund process after confirmation of the items being returned.
- In the case of payment via credit card, we will claim a stop of payment processing. Please follow up with your credit card issuer to enquire about their refund policy.
- In the case of payment via PayPal, we will claim a stop of payment processing. The payment will be refunded to your PayPal account within 7 business days.
